01 / Understand the situation
What may be getting in the way
Blocked crawlers, noindex directives, canonicals pointing elsewhere and soft errors can prevent the intended page being selected. Technically accessible pages can still be omitted when they repeat existing material or provide little independent value.
02 / Start here
Concrete first steps
- Check the exact production URL returns a real 200 page rather than a login, error or redirect loop. Inspect HTTP headers and HTML indexing directives.
- Confirm robots permits crawling and the canonical names the intended page. Add a normal internal link from a relevant hub or service page.
- Put the canonical URL in the sitemap with an accurate modification date. Inspect the URL in the verified Search Console property and read the reported indexing reason.
03 / The work
How Blaze can help
Blaze can audit technical accessibility and content overlap, fix site-level problems and organize discovery through useful links and a clean sitemap. With access we can submit supported discovery signals; otherwise we prepare owner steps. Search engines decide what to crawl and include.
See website, search and workflow services, or tell us what is happening so we can scope the right work before quoting.
04 / Check the result
What to verify before calling it done
Record fixes and submission results. IndexNow acceptance means a notification to participating engines, not Google indexing confirmation. Unchanged repeat requests do not solve quality, duplication or canonical problems.
Questions you may still have
Before you decide
Can you guarantee every page gets indexed?
No. We make pages accessible and useful and submit discovery signals, but Google makes its own indexing decisions.
Does IndexNow submit to Google?
IndexNow notifies participating engines. Its acceptance is not a Google indexing request or confirmation.
How long does indexing take?
There is no fixed promise. Search Console evidence, site history and the actual issue matter more than a universal deadline.
