Blaze Pulse Privacy
Last updated: November 2026
1. Who we are
Blaze Pulse is operated by Blaze Digital Design, 225 8th St W, Billings, MT 59101. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
2. What Pulse does with information
Pulse connects social accounts you choose and publishes the posts you schedule. We use the information below to sign you in, keep those connections working, and send the posts.
3. Information we store
- Your name, email, and the business name on the Pulse account.
- Profile details a network returns when you connect an account, such as the page or channel name and profile image.
- The access tokens that network issues, so Pulse can publish on that account until you disconnect it.
- Post text, media, publish times, and the result a network returns after a post.
- Basic logs of sign-in and publishing activity, used to fix failed posts.
4. Social networks
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, or another network, that company receives the sign-in and the post under its own terms and privacy policy. Pulse only requests the access needed to list the account and publish.
5. How long we keep it
We keep connection data while the account stays connected. When you ask us to disconnect an account, we remove the stored token for that account. Scheduled and published posts stay in the calendar for the life of the engagement unless you ask us to delete them.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with the social network you asked us to post to, and with the host that runs Pulse, so the service can operate. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
7. Your requests
Email [email protected] to disconnect an account, correct account details, or ask what Pulse stores for your business.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change. Continued use of Pulse after that date means you accept the updated policy. The matching terms are at blazedigitaldesign.com/pulse/terms/.
