Property presentation / A practical starting point

Your cabin photos leave guests with questions

The cabin photos look attractive, but guests still ask which beds are in which rooms, how steep the driveway is and whether the hot tub is private. A gallery arranged only for visual impact leaves practical questions unanswered. Help guests decide whether this particular stay fits their group.

01 / Understand the situation

What may be getting in the way

Large original images can slow the booking route on a phone. Shrinking everything indiscriminately is not the answer: guests need enough detail to judge the property. Image order, captions, responsive sizes and accurate amenity descriptions work together.

02 / Start here

Concrete first steps

  1. Group current photos by exterior and access, shared spaces, each sleeping area and amenities. Remove images of unavailable features.
  2. Write useful captions. Clarify stairs, parking, shared facilities and seasonal restrictions instead of letting guests make assumptions.
  3. Prepare web-sized images, meaningful alternative text and accessible gallery controls. Do not force the entire gallery to load before the first screen works.

03 / The work

How Blaze can help

Blaze can rebuild property presentation with room-by-room navigation and an easy route to availability. We can discuss new photography or drone footage availability and permissions separately. Organizing existing accurate photography may be more useful than commissioning everything again.

See website, search and workflow services, or tell us what is happening so we can scope the right work before quoting.

04 / Check the result

What to verify before calling it done

Test on a normal mobile connection rather than only office Wi-Fi. Guests should understand the sleeping layout, identify limitations and reach booking without waiting for every image.

Questions you may still have

Before you decide

Do we need all-new photography?

Not necessarily. We review what is current, clear and legally usable. Missing access or room-layout views may matter more than replacing every image.

Can we use stock cabin pictures?

Not to represent your property. Guests need photos of the actual accommodation and its real amenities.

Can we keep high-resolution images?

Yes, where appropriate. Serve responsive versions first and offer larger views without forcing every visitor to download the originals.

Your next step

Tell us what needs to work better.

You do not need to diagnose it yourself. Share the situation, and we will discuss scope and next steps before work starts.
